What Easy Care Covers

When you’re enrolled in Easy Care, your coverage includes:

1) Material Defects
Our dentures are made with premium materials, but if something isn’t right—like the material isn’t holding up the way it should—we’ll make it right.

2) Repair Protection
Let’s be real: accidents happen. Maybe you knocked them onto a tile floor. Maybe you heard that dreaded crack during cleaning. Even if the damage comes from neglect, your warranty covers repairs.

3) Replacement Assurance
Sometimes dentures reach the end of their road—especially with significant damage or if your dental structure changes enough that your current denture no longer works. If your denture becomes unusable due to major damage or changes in dental structure, we’ll help you quickly get a replacement.

4) Stain / Discoloration Coverage
Coffee lovers, rejoice. We get it—life is better with coffee, tea, or maybe even the occasional glass of red wine. Easy Care covers issues with staining and discoloration so your dentures keep looking fresh.

5) Hassle-Free Claims
We’ve all dealt with warranties that feel like a paperwork nightmare. That’s not us. Approved Easy Care claims are simple, with no extra filing fees and no shipping fees associated with a valid claim. Just an easy, stress-free process.

The 2-Year Refresh Benefit (New Easy Denture Every 2 Years)

Honestly? This is the fan-favorite part of Easy Care!

Every two years, you get a brand-new Easy Denture—so you can enjoy that fresh, clean, new denture feeling again. And if your current Easy Denture is still in great shape, you can keep it as a backup (hello, peace of mind).

As long as your subscription remains active and in good standing, you’ll receive a new Easy Denture every two (2) years at no additional cost.

How it works:

• You become eligible after 24 months of continuous active subscription.
• Your refresh is for the same configuration originally purchased (same arch for single-arch orders; full set for set orders).
• If you receive a replacement during a 24-month cycle, that replacement counts as your refresh for that cycle, and the 24-month clock restarts from the replacement date.

How to claim your refresh:
When you’re eligible, you’ll request it through your Customer Portal, confirm your shipping address, and submit your refresh request. (We won’t ship a refresh without shipping confirmation.)

Timing note: Your refresh remains available for six (6) months after your eligibility date. If it isn’t claimed within that window, it expires and the next cycle continues.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Here’s the important part:

• Lost dentures are not covered.
  We know—things get misplaced. But to keep Easy Care fair and affordable, we can’t replace what we never receive.
• Return of the original denture is required for warranty claims.
  If your denture is damaged or stained, you’ll need to send it back as part of the claim process before a replacement is shipped. Think of it as our “no denture left behind” rule.
• Coverage may be discontinued after a warranty replacement.
  The manufacturer reserves the right to discontinue warranty coverage after providing a replacement.

So if your dog turned your denture into a chew toy, or you sat on it during a Netflix binge—no worries. Just follow the claim process and send it back (slobber and all). But if it vanishes into thin air, sadly we can’t replace it.

How to File a Claim

We’ve made the process quick and painless:

1. Scroll to the footer of our website and click “Easy Care Claims.”
2. Complete the short claim form.
3. A team member will review your claim and send return instructions (and a shipping label when applicable).
4. Box up your Easy Denture and send it back.
5. Once we receive it, we’ll ship your replacement (if approved).

That’s it—you’ll be smiling again before you know it.

Real-Life Scenarios Covered

To make it even clearer, here are a few situations where coverage would kick in:

• Your denture accidentally drops on the bathroom tile and cracks. ✅ Covered.

Managing (or Canceling) Easy Care

You can manage your Easy Care subscription in your Customer Portal at any time—update payment info, make changes, or cancel.

Please note: if you cancel, your Easy Care coverage ends.
