Upper Easy Denture

Step 1: Gather all materials

Step 2: Bring water to a boil

Step 3: Place the upper denture into the hot water for 60 seconds. Do not leave the denture in hot water for longer than 60 seconds.

Step 4: Remove the denture from the water and place it on a plate to cool for 60 seconds.

Step 5: Lick your lips and then place the upper denture into your mouth, pushing it up towards the roof of your mouth.
Note: If the denture feels too hot, remove it from your mouth and allow it to cool for 15-30 seconds.

Step 6: Use a mirror to align the front teeth of the denture with the tip of your nose.

Step 7: Slide your thumb up to hold the denture in the roof of the mouth. Extend the denture to fit the contours of the roof of your mouth, use your fingers to push the denture firmly against your gumline, and manipulate the denture to extend around gums and ridges. Move teeth and denture around to line up the bite and midline.

Step 8: Close your mouth and suck hard while pushing your thumb toward the roof of your mouth for 15 seconds. Attempt to create a tight seal between the denture and the top of your mouth. Often Customers repeat this process 2-3 times to achieve a comfortable fit.
Once complete, place the denture into a bowl of cold water for 30 seconds to set.
Lower Easy Denture
Step 1
Fitting the Lower Denture:
Perform Steps 1-4, shown above, for the lower denture. If you have already fit the upper denture as outlined above, insert the fitted upper denture into your mouth before going on (If you have existing upper teeth, ignore this step).

Step 5: Lick your lips and then place the bottom denture into your mouth, pushing it down.
Note: If the denture feels too hot, remove it from your mouth and allow it to cool for 15-30 seconds.

Step 6: First, align the lower teeth’ midline with the upper teeth’ midline. Then, push down in the front. Next, line the back teeth up with the upper back teeth. You can widen or narrow the denture until your bite feels correct.
Use your finger to mold the bottom denture to conform to your lower gum line.

Step 7: Close your mouth with both the upper and lower dentures in place and create a suction by swallowing several times. Maintain the tight suction for 30 seconds.
If needed, you can trim excess pink material with scissors when soft.
Repeat the process if you do not get the desired fit.
Once complete, place the dentures into the cold water for 30 seconds to set.

That’s it. Smile!
Don’t forget that your dentures require daily maintenance. Please use Denture Cleaning Tablets to keep clean and Denture Adhesive Cream to enhance fit and function.
